Egypt’s Prime Minister Mostafa Madbouli has stressed that the construction of a schools complex in the Cosmic Village in the 6th of October City reflects the state’s successful strategy on public–private partnership (PPP).
The premier’s remarks came on Thursday in the opening ceremony of the complex in the presence of Education Minister Reda Hegazi, Planning Minister Hala Saeed, Giza Governor Ahmed Rashed and a host of respective officials.
Madbouli lauded the great contributions of the Sovereign Fund of Egypt (TSFE) to carrying out this project and having fruitful PPP through maximizing the use of unused assets.
He also pointed that the project serves medium-income families to have high-quality education at reasonable tuition fees.
The premier voiced hope that at least new 270 schools; 10 in each governorate, can be established nationwide, noting that the government is ready to secure needed lands for this in various governorates.
He extended thanks to all players contributing to realizing this dream.
