CAIRO – Egyptian Prime Minister Moustafa Madbouli has reviewed the implementation rate of promotional plans tailored for projects carried out by the New Urban Communities Authority (NUCA).
This came during a meeting with Minister of Housing, Utilities and Urban Communities Sherif el Sherbiny, NUCA Deputy Chairman and Housing Minister Deputy and Minister’s Office Supervisor Walid Abbas and a galaxy of senior officials.
Minister Sherbiny highlighted progress achieved by the marketing plan implemented by the NUCA to sell residential units in a number of new cities, including the New Administrative Capital, New Alamein city, New Cairo and 6th of October City.
Madbouli said the plan should guarantee optimal benefit from assets of the new cities.
Meanwhile, he meeting tackled proposals on development and expansions of several projects designed to suit different segments of society.
