CAIRO- Egyptian Prime Minister Moustafa Madbouli stressed that the state is deeply interested in supporting the real estate sector which is a main sector in the Egyptian economy.
This labour-intensive sector secures direct and indirect jobs, he said during a meeting with board members of Egypt’s Real Estate Development Chamber in the presence of Housing Minister Asem Gazzar and a number of senior officials.
The premier reviewed means of supporting the real estate sector in light of international challenges which affected the prices of construction materials.
He highlighted the non-stop efforts exerted by the state to support and develop the real estate sector, referring to the decisions taken by the Supreme Council For Investment which has recently convened under President Abdel Fattah El Sisi with an aim to offer more incentives to this vital sector.
Meanwhile, real estate developers offered several proposals that would contribute to developing the sector and lure more investments into this pivotal domain.
