CAIRO – Egyptian Prime Minister Moustafa Madbouli left Cairo International Airport Tuesday morning heading to the Saudi capital, Riyadh, to partake in the eighth edition of Future Investment Initiative (FII8), on behalf of President Abdel Fattah El Sisi.
The premier is accompanied by Minister of Foreign Affairs, Emigration and Egyptian Expatriates Badr Abdelatty to the conference, which runs till Thursday, under the theme: “Infinite Horizons: Investing Today, Shaping Tomorrow”.
Taking place at King Abdulaziz International Conference Cente in Riyadh, the annual event is expected to draw more than 5,000 guests and 500 speakers, including policy makers, CEOs, investors and notable experts in the fields of economy and development.
Over 200 sessions – centered on issues of economic stability, fair development, and combating climate change, as well as artificial intelligence, innovation, health, and geopolitical issues – will take place during the conference.
Discussions at the conference will be data-driven, ensuring that insights are grounded in facts and actionable strategies.
