Egypt Prime Minister Moustafa Madbouli has praised the pivotal role played by the Egyptian Space Agency (EGSA) to promote efforts to realise the sustainable development goals.
The premier’s remarks came on Wednesday when he chaired the EGSA board meeting in its new headquarters in the presence of Communications Minister Amr Talaat, Higher Education Minister Ayman Ashour, CEO of EGSA Sherief Sedqi and members of the agency.
For his part, Sedqi reviewed achievements made by the agency, highlighting the implementation of ‘Space City’ project and the construction of the African Space Agency (AfSA) building in the city.
