Egypt’s Prime Minister Mostafa Madbouli said Monday great importance was attached to investment in the tourism sector, especially in the Western Cairo area near the pyramids and the Grand Egyptian Museum (GEM).
This came during the signing ceremony of an agreement between Palm Hills Development and Marriott International to build a luxury hotel under brand name Ritz-Carlton Palm Hills in the West Cairo area.
The region is witnessing unprecedented development in terms of infrastructure, in addition to the expansion and development work that Sphinx International Airport witnessed.
The Ritz-Carlton Palm Hills hotel is located next to the Palm October project, which includes residential and commercial areas, restaurants and entertainment facilities on an area of 45 acres.
