Egypt’s Prime Minister Mostafa Madbouli said the government works on providing the required support for new expansions of any factories or injecting new investments in different development projects.
The premier’s remarks came on Saturday during his visit to Jotun paints factory as a part of a tour to the 10th of Ramadan city.
Abdullah Tawakol, director general of Jotun company, said the firm injected more than $100 million investments in this factory, whose production capacity is more than 70 million liters a shift.
Tawakol also shed light on the company’s achievements and great contributions to supporting different development projects and serving the national economy.
Egypt is a pivotal market in Africa and the Middle East, Tawakol said, adding that the new factory is a great step to apply paints’ sustainability standards in Egypt.
