DUBAI – Egypt’s Prime Minister Moustafa Madbouli asserted that the distinguished Egyptian participation in Expo 2020 Dubai reflects its heavyweight at regional and global levels and the great history it is sharing with Mideast countries and the African continent.
Madbouli’s remarks came at a conference on the sidelines of the international exhibition in the UAE on Saturday.
The government has been keen on participating in different human fields in the fair, he said, adding the Egyptian pavilion showcases great Egyptian civilization.
Madbouli referred to good relations with the UAE, saying the exhibition is being held at a time when the world is facing a new challenge of Covid pandemic.
The exhibition offered an opportunity for further cooperating and rallying up efforts at the local, regional and international levels to confront any economic, social and environmental challenges, he added.
