Egyptian Prime Minister Moustafa Madbouli headed a meeting on Thursday to discuss and review the measures taken to establish more Egyptian commercial exhibitions in Africa.
The meeting was attended by Minister of Trade Nevine Gamea, Head of the Commercial Representation Authority Ahmed Meghawry, Chairman of Egypt Expo & Convention Authority (EECA) and Advisor of Trade Minister Hatem el Ashry.
Madbouli said the meeting comes within the framework of the directives of President Abdel Fattah El Sisi to support co-operation frameworks with the different African countries in the different domains, especially the trade field to contribute to achieving full economic and social integration.
During the meeting, Gamea reviewed a brief of an executive plan and programms to be organised in a number of African countries in the coming period, asserting this plan comes among promotion activities included in her ministry’s plan to exist in Africa.
There is a proposed program to organise a number of activities and exhibitions during the coming period in a number of different African countries in the sectors of food industries, chemical and fertilisers industries, engineering industries, medical and pharmaceutical industries and packing industries.
