CAIRO – Egypt’s Prime Minister Mostafa Madbouli has directed officials to present a document on the most prominent strategic orientations of the national economy for the new presidential term in the second phase of the National Dialogue meetings.
Spokesman for the cabinet Mohamed El Homossany said such a step is part of the government’s keenness to enforce the directives of President Abdel Fattah El Sisi to have further discussions on the document and develop priorities for the policies of the national economy in the coming six years.
The document has been prepared by the Cabinet’s Information and Decision Support Center (IDSC) for six months with the contributions of some 400 local and international experts, concluding 870 recommendations for supporting the performance of the national economy, he added.
