Egypt’s Prime Minister Moustafa Madbouli attended Wednesday the signing ceremony of a cooperation protocol involving the Ministry of Planning and Economic Development, Ministry of Trade and Industry and Finance, a pioneer national developer of digital infrastructure on the establishment of digital industrial platform.
The platform aims to easily offer services and different measures to investors in industry sector.
Minister of Planning and Economic Development Hala el Said and Minister of Trade and Industry Ahmed Samir were present.
The protocol calls for offering layout services and running and operating digital industrial services platform “Egypt’s Digital Industrial Platform.”
The platform is mainly contributing to providing the best services for investors and manufacturers.
Said asserted her ministry seeks to boost channels of communication with the ministries and authorities concerned with the industrial sector in Egypt.
She said the protocol is part of the role of the ministry aimed at promoting economic and social development in all sectors in order to achieve “Egypt Vision 2030.”
In turn, Samir said efforts are focused on upgrading services offered to the industrial sector by providing all ministry’s services on an interactive digital platform that promotes digital transition action plan, adopted by the ministry.
