Th Egyptian Prime Minister Moustafa Madbouli said Egypt will continue to provide all possible support to the Palestinian cause for being a key constant of Egyptian foreign policy.
Madbouli’s remarks came during a meeting held on Tuesday night with his Palestinian counterpart Mohammad Shtayyeh, on the sidelines of the UN Climate Change Conference (UNCCC) COP27.
For his part, the Palestinian prime minister expressed appreciation for Egypt’s pioneering role in defending the rights of the Palestinian people.
Palestine holds in high esteem Egypt’s unweaving support to its cause, added Shtayyeh.
Meantime, the meeting tackled bilateral ties between Egypt and Palestine, in addition to ways of providing support to the Palestinian authority within the upcoming period.
It also took up the importance of implementing the resolutions of the Arab Summit in Algeria in relation to supporting Palestinian people.
