El ALAMEIN, Egypt – Egyptian Prime Minister Moustafa Madbouli started the government meeting held at New Alamein City Thursday with greeting President Abdel Fattah El Sisi, the ministers and the Egyptians on the New Hijri Year.
During the meeting, Madbouli discussed key activities this week.
He talked about the recent second meeting of the higher committee of the integrated industrial partnership initiative for sustainable economic development, including Egypt, UAE, Jordan and Bahrain, which has just joined the initiative as a fourth partner.
The premier reiterated the importance of the initiative for boosting vistas of co-operation, coordination and integration among the four relevant countries in order to empower the industrial sector and encourage it up its contributions to the net domestic product.
Madbouli pointed out the state exerts strenuous and painstaking efforts to address repercussions of the current global economic crisis and to implement directives of President Abdel Fattah El Sisi in this regard, which call for expanding social protection measures.
