SUEZ – Egypt’s Minister of Petroleum and Mineral Resources Tareq el Molla and Suez Governor Abdel-Maguid Saqr on Saturday inaugurated the integrated Gastec Egypt and Gastec stations in the governorate.
The first fueling station has an LNG fueling service and an electric vehicle charging equipment.
The second station can serve as many as 1,000 cars on a daily basis and has six electric charging points.
Molla said the ministry developed an action plan to expand the establishment of LNG fueling stations, one of the most important solutions as part of the ministry’s strategy for scaling up and encouraging the use of this economic fuel.
