Participants in art industry session say WYF reflects youth vitality in Egypt, world 1 - Egyptian Gazette

SHARM EL-SHEIKH, Egypt – Participants in a session on art, content creation, innovation and culture, held as part of activities of the fourth edition of the World Youth Forum, confirmed that the forum reflects vitality of youth in Egypt and the world.

 

Culture Minister Inas Abdel Dayem and Minister of Youth and Sports Ashraf Sobhy attended the session.

 

Addressing the session, Abdel Dayem commended the huge success of the forum not only this year, but since its launch.

 

The outbreak of the coronavirus was a big shock to culture and arts not only in Egypt, but also worldwide, she said.

 

The pandemic posed a serious challenge to the Egyptian state during closure that did not last for a long time, she said,

 

adding the Culture Ministry adopted several new ideas to face the pandemic, taking into account the precautionary measures.
