The Egyptian House of Representatives under Hanafi Gebali finally approved presidential decree no 261 of 2022 sanctioning an agreement between the Egyptian and Saudi governments on investment of the Saudi Public Investment Fund in Egypt.
The agreement was signed in Cairo on March 30.
This came during a general session on Sunday that was attended by representatives for the bodies concerned with investments.
Lawmakers hailed the amicable ties and cooperation between Egypt and Saudi Arabia in various domains, especially in investment sector.
