Egypt’s Minister of Housing Sherif El-Sherbiny toured on Friday Sour Magra El-Oyoun distrcit in Cairo to follow up on overhaul works there within the historic Cairo development projects. The development projects are part of the state’s efforts to develop urbanisation nationwide. Minister El-Sherbiny said the development project for Sour Magra El-Oyoun area includes the implementation of 79 residential buildings, comprising 1,924 residential units, in addition to a hotel, which will be operated and managed by one of the world’s top companies.
There will be an administrative and entertainment commercial mall, restaurants, cinemas, and a theatre. The district is one of Cairo’s historical landmarks boasting an Islamic architectural style.
