Chairman of the Egyptian Council for Foreign Affairs Mohamed el Orabi said the Ukrainian crisis has showed that the world is polarised in two directions involving many political and economic aspects amid current global challenges.
Orabi’s remarks came while participating in the symposium, that is held on the occasion of the 115th anniversary of diplomatic relations between Egypt and Serbia in the Serbian capital Belgrade on Monday, in the presence of Serbian Foreign Minister Ivica Dačić.
Foreign Minister Sameh Shoukry participated in the event with an online speech.
Orabi pointed out that Egypt and Serbia share foreign viewpoints toward the Ukrainian crisis.
The two countries underscored the importance of the unity of Ukraine’s lands and the need of finding peaceful solutions to the dispute, according to him.
