Head of the National Media Authority (NMA) Hussein Zeine said on Monday that Egypt, under the leadership of President Abdel Fattah El Sisi, has been witnessing an unprecedented progress in the field of development with the help of mega national projects encompassing all domains.
Addressing a conference held by the press and media workers syndicate, Zeine expressed appreciation of the role of the syndicate in achieving the interests of workers and protecting their rights.
The conference was attended by Minister of Manpower Mohamed Saafan, the head of the National Press Agency, Abdel Sadek al Shorbagy, as well as senior pressmen and media personalities and lawmakers.
He pointed out that President Sisi managed to restore the effective role of Egypt in the regional and international arenas.
Seven years ago, millions of Egyptians took to the streets to call for correcting the course of democracy and getting rid of terrorism and extremism, he added, greeting Sisi for all his efforts to fulfill people’s aspirations and build a better future for the nation.
