A new group of judicial assistants swore the oath of office on Sunday before State Council President, Justice Mohamed Hossam el-Din, and Council Vice President, Justice Taha Karso.

The new judicial assistants were appointed in the light of Republican Decrees no. 46 and 66 for the year 2022.

The new assistants, 173 in total, were graduated from the colleges of law, Islamic law and police in 2016, 2017and 2018.

Justice Hossam el-Din congratulated the new assistants for taking over their new missions.

He asked them to dedicate themselves to the performance of their lofty mission, to be constantly informed of the latest in the judiciary and to adhere to and understand the texts of legislation.

The president of the State Council also asked the new appointees to maintain their prestige and adhere to the judicial path and established traditions inside and outside their work.

Upon a Republican Decree, 174 judges have been appointed from the batches of 2016, 2017, and 2018 from the faculties of law, Islamic law and Police Academy.
