EgyptAir recently awarded the prestigious EgyptAir Shield to former Head of the Alliances and International Relations Sector Dalia El-Maraghi recognising her distinguished career and dedicated service upon her retirement.
The award was presented by Chairman and Managing Director of EgyptAir Holding Company Pilot Ahmed Adel during a ceremony held to honour her achievements.

Adel expressed profound appreciation for El-Maraghi, emphasising that her significant contributions enhanced the efficiency of the sector she led, setting a commendable standard for professionalism in the workplace.
He stressed that the company’s employees represent its true capital, with continued organisational success fundamentally reliant upon their efforts and commitment.
The Chairman presented El-Maraghi with the EgyptAir Shield as a token of appreciation for her extensive experience and achievements, which have left a lasting positive impact on the organisation.

It is noteworthy that Dalia El-Maraghi held several key leadership positions during her tenure at EgyptAir, including General Manager of International Relations in the Alliances Sector, Regional Manager for the company in both Amsterdam and Washington, and most recently, Head of the Alliances and International Relations Sector at EgyptAir Holding Company.
