Egypt’s Petroleum Minister Tarek el Molla had talks on Wednesday with Apache CEO John Christmann on the company’s working programs to intensify petroleum and natural gas exploration operations during this year.
The talks also tackled the company’s expansion plans for new drilling operations in the Western Desert, the Petroleum Ministry said in a statement on Wednesday.
The talks reviewed joint efforts in the fields of energy and cutting emissions in work sites in addition to implementing sustainable energy initiatives as well as participation in social projects, especially in Matrouh.
