Egypt’s Minister of Trade and Industry Nevine Gamea discussed during a meeting on Monday with Minister of Tourism and Antiquities Khaled el-Anani final preparations for Expo 2020 exhibition, due to be held in Dubai, the United Arab Emirates, in October.
In statements, the minister said the final preparations at Egypt’s pavilion in the exhibition will be finalised on Thursday in co-operation with the ministries concerned.
She pointed out that the country’s political leadership is interested in Egypt’s participation in this important event, saying the government is keen on offering all kind of support to render the Egyptian participation a success.
Minister Gamea said coordination is under way with the Tourism Ministry on choosing the tourist and archeological items which will be displayed in Expo 2020 Dubai.
