Egypt’s Minister of State for Military Production Mohamed Salah El Din Mostafa Thursday asserted the significance of active participation in all national events and occasions, in line with the pioneering role of the ministry, including taking part in the 2024 presidential election.
The Technical Institute for Advanced Industries, one of the training and education entities that are affiliates of the Military Production Ministry, held a symposium titled “Participate in Election .. Preserve your Homeland” with the aim of raising student’s awareness about the importance of practicing their electoral right.
Strategy and national security lecturer at Egyptian universities and institutions Maj. Gen. Hafez Mahmoud Hassan affirmed, while addressing the symposium, the necessity of raising awareness about the issues of Egyptian national security as well as the role of youth in upholding it, in order to confront threats jeopardizing national security.
Hassan, meanwhile, reviewed the role of both the national development projects and educational institutions in preserving national security and confronting extremist thought threatening the country’s stability.
Ministry of Military Production Spokesman and Media Advisor Mohamed Eid Bakr said many students were keen on taking part in a blood donation campaign which was organized by the Technical Institute for Advanced Industries, in coordination with the Egyptian Holding Company for Biological Products and Vaccines (VACSERA) blood bank.
