CAIRO – Minister of State for Military Production Mohamed Salah El Din has discussed with Egyptian Ambassador to Kenya Wael Nasr Attia means of bolstering economic and investment relations between Cairo and Nairobi.
The meeting tackled technological, manufacturing and technical capabilities of Egypt’s military production companies and units.
It also touched on the military production ministry’s key role in meeting the Armed Forces’ demands and needs for ammunition, weapons and equipment.
The military production minister said his ministry aims to create opportunities for cooperation among African countries with a view to strengthening Egypt’s relations with African nations and making this cooperation an opportunity for providing military production products in all African markets.
Meanwhile, the ambassador affirmed his keenness on maintaining full coordination between the military production ministry and the Egyptian Embassy in Nairobi to support bilateral economic and trade relations, work on overcoming relevant challenges, and foster cooperation between the two countries’ companies.
