Egypt’s State Minister of Military Production Mohamed Salaheldin Moustafa underlined the importance of the optimal use of national industrial capabilities.
The minister also pointed out to the necessity of holding coordination and co-operation between the ministries of military production, business public sector, and trade and industry along with the Arab Organisation for Industrialisation (AOI) and the Federation of Egyptian Industries (FEI).
The minister’s remarks came during his meeting on Tuesday with Public Business Sector Minister Mahmoud Essmat, Trade and Industry Minister Ahmed Samir, the AOI’s chief Mokhtar Abdel Latif, and the FEI’s Chairman Mohamed Zaki el Sewedy.
The meeting tackled the industrial and technological capabilities of the various ministries in light of the presidential directives which underlined the importance of co-operation between the ministries, the private sector, and the various industrial entities, said the military production minister.
The public business sector minister pointed out to the existence of serious cooperation between the three ministries along with the AOI and the FEI to benefit from the available industrial and human capabilities.
For his part, the trade and industry minister said that his ministry is exerting its utmost efforts to enhance the available industries.
The AOI chief, meanwhile, pointed out to the organisation’s keenness on implementing Egypt Vision 2030 and the goals of the “New Republic”, including attaining integration between the various State institutions.
