CAIRO – State Minister for Military Production Mohamed Salah El-Din Moustafa inspected on Wednesday the production lines and manufacturing stages in the Abu Zaabal Specialised Industries Company (Military Factory 300).
The minister inspected the medium-caliber ammunition production sector and the ball ammunition (bullet) assembly line in the factory.
The company has four factories for production of small and medium weapons, small and medium caliber ammunition, assembly and packaging of medium ammunition and bombs.
Computer numerical control (CNC) machines and CNC multi-spindle lathes are installed in the factory.
Following his inspection tour, the minister had a meeting with Board Chairman of Abu Zaabal Specialized Industries Company Moustafa Amer and a number of the company’s workers to stand on progress made so far to implement the current projects.
He also reviewed the company’s future plans for increasing productivity and developing performance.
