Egypt’s Prime Minister Mostafa Madbouli said on Monday he backs a decision by BSH company, Europe’s leading home appliance maker based in Germany, to establish a factory in Egypt.
During a meeting with Rudolf Klötscher, member of the Board of Management of BSH in the presence of CEO of the General Authority for Investment and Free Zones (GAFI) Hossam Heiba, the prime minister congratulated the German company for laying the foundation stone of an appliance factory in the 10th of Ramdan City.
The prime minister told the German company board member that he welcomed at his office any investor wishing to invest in Egypt.
Klötscher said the factory will be the biggest in Africa, pointing out that he hopes that Egypt would be a center for distributing the company’s products to other markets.
The company, an affiliate of Bosch, is an outstanding home appliances producer meeting the needs of consumers worldwide.
