Madbouli leaves Cairo for Davos to partake in 2025 World Economic Forum 1 - Egyptian Gazette

Prime Minister Mostafa Madbouli left Cairo Monday for Switzerland to participate, on behalf of President Abdel Fattah El Sisi, in the activities of the World Economic Forum “Davos 2025″.

The proceedings of the forum will be held this year under theme “’Collaboration for the Intelligent Age,” during the period from January 20 to 24, with the participation of heads of state and government, decision makers, representatives of international organizations, senior officials and executives of international companies, a number of business leaders, innovators, technology pioneers and representatives of emerging companies.

The Egyptian premier is also scheduled to take part in a number of important events figuring high on the forum’s agenda, in addition to holding meetings on the sidelines of the gathering with a number of Arab and international government officials to discuss current challenges, along with ways to enhance joint action.

The prime minister will also meet with heads and representatives of international companies of vital sectors to review cooperation opportunities, with a view to luring investments.
