Egypt’s Social Solidarity Minister Nevine Qabbaj has set a compensation worth 60,000 pounds to be paid to the family of each of the nine victims who died in a four-story building collapse in Hadaeq el Qoba district of Cairo earlier Monday.
The compensations should be cashed from Nasser Social Bank (NSB), Qabbaj said in a statement.
People wounded in the building collapse will also receive aid, the minister said, adding that all material damage will be sorted and the value of the losses will be calculated.
