The Supreme Constitutional Court (SCC) on Saturday turned down a lawsuit challenging the unconstitutionality of the last paragraph of article 99 of the Civil and Commercial Procedure Law.
In its verdict, the court ruled that if the period of suspension expires and the plaintiff does not request proceeding with his case within the fifteen days following its expiry, or he does not implement what the court ordered, the court shall rule to consider the case as if it did not exist.
