Egyptian Emigration Minister Nabila Makram announced on Saturday allocating a medically equipped plane to transport an Egyptian child suffering from leukemia from the Saudi city of Abha to Egypt on Sunday in cooperation with Misr El Kheir Foundation.
This comes to implement the directives of the political leadership to continuously follow up and resolve problems of Egyptian expats.
Makram lauded the keenness of Acting Health Minister Khaled Abdel Ghaffar to provide a place for treating Yassin Hossam and provide an ambulance to transport him from the airport as he will arrive from Saudi Arabia, where he lays on ventilators in the intensive care unit in a hospital in Abha in the Saudi Aseer province, to Cairo on July 31.
This comes in response to an appeal by the parent of the kid to provide an ambulance plane to return him home to continue his treatment in Egypt, she said.
