EgyptAir participated in a distinguished pavilion within the Egyptian pavilion of the Egyptian General Authority for Tourism Promotion in the Vienna International Exhibition for Vacations and Travel, better known as the Ferien – Messe Travel and Leisure, in its 44th edition.

The pavilion was supervised by the Egyptian Embassy in Vienna, headed by Ambassador Mohamed El-Mulla, and in the presence of Consul General Mohamed El-Behairy, Hisham Anis, Director of EgyptAir’s office in Austria and Eastern Europe, and a number of tourism companies.

Mohamed Farag, tourism advisor to Egypt in Austria and several European countries, said in recent remarks that the tourism system in Egypt is managed efficiently and is always seeking to open new markets, and there is a large increase in the number of trips coming to Egypt.

The exhibition is the largest public international event for the travel and tourism industry, as it receives more than 800 exhibitors from more than 70 countries.

He pointed out that EgyptAir enjoys the confidence of European tourists due to the efficiency of the pilots and the excellence of the service, considering that the Egyptian tourist destinations occupy a prominent place in the international tourism map.

EgyptAir drew a number of free tickets to Egypt within the framework of tourism promotion to Egypt. The Egyptian pavilion included playing the pharaonic harp in addition to papyrus, statues and pharaonic artifacts.

The Egyptian pavilion received a great turnout from Austrians wishing to travel to Egypt after the tourism movement rebounded again this year.
