“The construction works at this factory had already begun, and at the same time there are already 40 nationwide plasma collection centres, in addition to another plan after 2022 to increase these centres,”
Egyptian president Abdel Fattah El Sisi confirmed that the production of plasma derivatives will start in Egypt within two years.
Addressing the inauguration ceremony of the Gypto Pharma City in el-Khanka, Qalyubia governorate, the president added that he spoke about the production of plasma derivatives five years ago, which was not available at that time, stressing that the government would provide the necessary facilities for the production process.
“We will complete the factory to produce plasma in two years. We are realising a dream. We have the human resources, represented in our large population to accomplish this,” he said.
Egyptian Prime Minister Moustafa Madbouli, addressing the same event, asserted that the president had instructed the government to complete the first integrated factory for producing plasma derivatives by the end of 2022, indicating that the New Administrative Capital will host this plant.
“The construction works at this factory had already begun, and at the same time there are already 40 nationwide plasma collection centres, in addition to another plan after 2022 to increase these centres,” the PM said.
