Egypt’s Justice Minister Omar Marawan commended the depth of judicial ties binding Egypt and Qatar, voicing his readiness for boosting co-operation with the Qatari Justice Ministry in fields of joint co-operation.
The minister’s remarks were made during a meeting on Sunday with his Qatari counterpart Masoud bin Mohammed Al Amri, who is currently visiting here on top of a high-level judicial delegation to attend the the first forum on business restructuring and investment promotion in the Middle East and North Africa region.
During the meeting, the two ministers reviewed the work system applied in the new premises of the Egyptian Justice Ministry in the new administrative capital especially the digitisation system.
The Qatari minister was briefed on mechanisms for electronic judicial works, the digital transformation project as well as the registry system.
He appreciated the progress realized in the new ministry premises the efforts exerted by the Egyptian Justice Ministry to upgrade the judicial system through a number of projects.
