Egypt’s Minister of Irrigation and Water Resources Hani Sewilam asserted Wednesday keenness on selecting the best new cadres to meet work needs and help the ministry realize its goals to provide water resources and irrigation system’s services with the highest efficiency and quality.
During a meeting Wednesday with head of the Central Agency for Organization and Administration (CAOA) Saleh el-Sheikh, the minister discussed a file tackling the ministry’s development process; encompassing the ramping out the various sectors inside the ministry, through digitalization, rehabilitation and training of employees, set to be relocated to the New Administrative Capital (NAC).
All drives are part of the ministry’s role at the current stage, with a view to implementing a large number of giant national ventures in the irrigation and water resources domain.
A large number of intensive training programs were held to upgrade skills of staffers at all the ministry’s affiliated sectors.
Meantime, the ministry carried out a thorough selection for the best-in-class engineers to this effect.
