CAIRO – Egypt’s Minister of Water Resources and Irrigation Hani Sewilam inspected the exhibition held on the sidelines of the 13th meeting of the African Ministers’ Council on Water (AMCOW) General Assembly.
He thanked representatives of firms taking part in the expo.
The minister underscored the key role of these firms in promoting development in the African countries through their underway projects.
He, also, asserted the significance of scaling up projects set be carried out by these firms in the future.
Egypt is the president of the AMCOW during the period of 2023-2024.
A large number of African water ministers and top state officials have attended the 13th meetings of the pan-African body, which kicked off on Tuesday.
