Egyptian Minister of Water Resources and Irrigation Hani Sewilam has stressed the utmost keenness of following up conditions of employees in the ministry.
He said he is taking all necessary measures for improving the work environment and providing logistics services for the workers and their families.
The move is meant to achieve justice and equal opportunity to improve monitoring tools to review all work files of the ministry, assess performance levels and raise efficiency of work, he added at a dialogue meeting with representatives of the ministry’s employees and a number of leaderships in the ministry.
Sewilam was posted on requests and proposals of the employees to develop the work system in the ministry.
