Minister of Water Resources and Irrigation Hany Suwilam discussed with a number of the ministry’s leaders for the 8th edition of Cairo Water Week in 2025.
The talks reviewed the axes of the event and the different activities due to be organized.
The meeting tackled a number of proposals to boost the participation of individuals and organizations in different activities of the event, including sessions, workshops, contests and exhibitions.
This is meant to magnify the benefit of the conference, boost exchanging expertise and upgrade the level of presented scientific researches.
The meeting also tackled developing general and high-level sessions and promoting the African track to be an annual activity within the framework of the Cairo Water Week. This will contribute to deepening regional cooperation and promoting dialogue on water challenges in Africa.
