Egypt, under President Abdel Fattah El Sisi, managed to abort attempts for the state collapse, the spread chaos and fragmentising society, and has stood with the Egyptian people to draw up the development and prosperity map, said Minister of Interior Mahmoud Tawfiq on Tuesday.
Addressing a ceremony to graduate a new batch of Police Academy cadets in the presence of President Sisi, he said the president managed to achieve security for the Egyptians through development projects that protect the gains of the Egyptian state.
He said policemen are resolved to go ahead with the process of achieving security and the hopes and aspirations of all Egyptians.
Minister Tawfiq asserted that his ministry developed security systems through the use of advanced technology and training of human cadres to hone their security skills.
He pointed out that top-notch graduates of faculties of law and physical education joined policemen who graduated from the Police Academy.
He said that president Sisi issued directives to pay attention to equitation to groom strong horsemen as part of the policemen’s job and develop Arab horses’ strains.
He added that Egypt managed to overcome the stage of challenges and hardships and went ahead with efforts to achieve security, stability and prosperity.
