Housing Minister Assem el Gazzar followed on Tuesday the implementation of the renovation works of Sour Magra el Oyoun which is one of the most important renovation projects in Cairo.
Gazzar said that the project includes implementing 79 buildings with different heights that contain 1,924 residential units and 18 shops in the ground floor of some of them.
The project also includes a mall on an area of 51,000 cubic meters that includes restaurants and cinemas in addition to a parking lot with the capacity of 1,355 cars, Gazzar said.
The renovation projects of historical Cairo aim at improving the level of these important places in Cairo, he said.
