Egyptian Prime Minister Moustafa Madbouli issued a decision entrusting Higher Education and Scientific Research Minister Khaled Abdel Ghaffar with undertaking duties of Health Minister Hala Zayed, who is suffering from some health problems, till her recovery.
The decision was published in the official gazette out Friday.
