CAIRO – A high voter turnout was reported on the first day of Egypt’s 2024 presidential election, according to the operations room of the Administrative Prosecution Authority’s counselors club.
Spokesman for the operations room Ahmed Galal said the operations room followed up the on-time arrival of administrative prosecution members to balloting stations and subcommittees.
The room lauded the well organisation of the National Elections Authority of the electoral process that is held in an atmosphere characterised by transparency and integrity.
It also thanked the Interior Ministry for efforts exerted in securing the voting process.
