Health: Working more closely with Zimbabwe

The state is ready to offer all necessary support to develop Zimbabwe’s health sector.
This statement by Minister of Health and Population Khaled Abdel Ghaffar came during a meeting his meeting with his Zimbabwean counterpart Constantino Chiwenga on the sidelines of Africa Health ExCon, Africa’s largest medical exhibition.
The exhibition is at the Egypt International Exhibition Centre in Cairo and ended on Thursday.
The minister spoke of having Zimbabwe benefit from Egypt’s experience in eradicating hepatitis virus C.
The talks also focused on benefiting from Egyptian expertise in diagnosing cancer and sending teams to Zimbabwe to help improve health services.
