Egypt’s Minister of Health and Population Khaled Abdel Ghaffar on Tuesday had a meeting with CEO of the French Development Agency (AFD) Rémy Rioux.
The meeting was held on the sidelines of the Egyptian-French Business Forum, which kicked off in the French capital Paris on Monday.
Both sides discussed the implementation progress of current and future healthcare projects carried out by the agency in Egypt, Spokesman for the Health Ministry Hossam Abdel Ghaffar said.
They also reviewed means to boost bilateral cooperation in several health-linked fields, including vaccination and medicine industry, to provide citizens with better health services, the spokesman added.
