Egypt’s Minister of Labour Hassan El-Raddad agreed with CEO of El Araby Group, Mohamed Mahmoud El Araby, to draft an urgent protocol for cooperation on training-for-employment programmes targeting youth in Egypt and abroad.
The initiative aims to leverage the capabilities of both sides to train young people in professions associated with the Group’s industrial activities, through dedicated fixed and mobile training centres.
The goal is to prepare qualified cadres that meet labour market demands, while benefiting from the Group’s domestic and international expansion to create suitable job opportunities.
The deal was reached during a meeting held on Tuesday at the ministry’s headquarters in the New Administrative Capital, attended by El Araby and his accompanying delegation.
The agreement comes in parallel with the Group’s plans to expand investments in the Egyptian market, supporting national industry and the local economy while creating more decent jobs for youth.
Minister El-Raddad reaffirmed the ministry’s commitment to expanding partnerships with major industrial entities, describing them as a cornerstone in building a skilled workforce aligned with labour market needs.
For his part, El Araby stressed the Group’s commitment to supporting state efforts through specialised training programmes and real employment opportunities that enhance the competitiveness of Egyptian products locally and internationally.
