The cabinet media center denied news purported about power load-shedding as per the services at Cairo International Airport.
In a statement on Tuesday, the media center said it contacted the Civil Aviation Ministry which dismissed the news as baseless.
The ministry stressed that all services at the airport are going on normally around the clock.
The center called on all social media and media outlets to verify the authenticity of the news circulated through official sources to avoid perplexing the public opinion.
