Egypt’s Minister of Emigration Soha Gendi stressed that cooperation between government institutions and the private sector promotes ongoing efforts to realize sustainable development.
She made the remarks during an event organized by Etisalat Egypt in the presence of the ministers of agriculture, sports and communications as well as the Cairo governor, the UAE ambassador in Cairo and a cluster of businessmen.
Gendi lauded the social role played by the company in the times of crises, extolling the company’s efforts to ensure communication with Egyptian students for free during the earthquake in Turkey.
The minister referred to several initiatives launched by the ministry in collaboration with the private sector and civil society organizations.
She said the ministry is looking forward to more cooperation to secure more jobs within the framework of combating illegal immigration.
