CAIRO/NEW DELHI – Egyptian Foreign Minister Sameh Shoukry had talks on Thursday with his British counterpart James Cleverly on means of promoting bilateral co-operation as well as a host of regional and international issues of mutual concern.
On Twitter, Egyptian Foreign Ministry Spokesman Ahmed Abu Zeid said the meeting came on the fringe of the G20 Foreign Ministers Meeting in New Delhi.
Shoukry also held a meeting with his Argentinian counterpart Santiago Cafiero on means on handling the negative impacts of the global economic crisis.
Shouky had a meeting with his Canadian counterpart Melanie Joly, lauding good economic and academic cooperation between the two countries as well as coordination vis-a-vis various international issues.
