Fitch Solutions forecasted that the market of information technology in Egypt would witness growth despite the current global crises.
The Fitch report was highlighted by the Cabinet’s Information and Decision Support Center (IDSC) on the future of information technology in Egypt.
The trade volume of the market is set to hit nearly EGP 213.8 billion in 2027 compared with about EGP 77 billion in 2021.
The report predicted that the sales of this market’s products are set to go up, as the service sales will jump to EGP150.2 billion in 2027 compared with some EGP51.7 billion in 2021.
Hardwar products are set to increase from EGP13.9 billion in 2021 to EGP26.7 in 2027, the report added, the report added .
